Refusal of Service

The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your project. Virtual Job Search Coach reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No project order placed is deemed accepted by us until written confirmation stating our acceptance is provided to you. Payments will be refunded to any party who is denied Service. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your application.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

www.virtualjobsearchcoach.com services are non-refundable once you have completed the order process. If you’re unable to attend purchased coaching/consulting sessions or participate in the development process for purchased services, please contact www.virtualjobsearchcoach.com within 5 business days of order and we will issue a credit, good for six months, which can be used towards the cost of any current, or future, www.virtualjobsearchcoach.com product or service, subject to approval of Virtual Job Search Coach.

If you are an in-progress client and discontinue communication with us, we reserve the right to consider your project abandoned and complete 90 days from your initial purchase. If you ordered a product (e-book, course, etc.), you will find the return policy for that particular product listed at the front of the e-book, or within FAQ section of the course.
